网页版已上线Meta 邀请安卓用户测试元宇宙平台 Horizon Worlds
IT之家 9 月 15 日消息，Meta 公司旗下的“元宇宙”平台 Horizon Worlds 在今年 8 月下旬开启移动端封闭测试之后，于近日开始邀请安卓用户抢先体验，并已推出网页版。
该公司目前已经开始通过 Meta Quest 应用，邀请部分安卓用户抢先体验 Horizon Worlds 首个世界 Super Rumblea，Meta 表示未来几周内推出 iOS 版本。
援引 Meta 新闻稿，公司计划在接下来几个月时间里，推出了更多的世界，允许用户与朋友社交，参加喜剧表演，参加免费音乐会等各种活动，可以从任意联网设备访问。
Horizon Worlds 类似于 Rec Room，用户可以通过 Meta 的头显 Quest 系列登录 Horizon Worlds，并创建自己的虚拟形象（avatar）。
在这里用户可以实现现实世界中大部分活动，利用虚拟形象与世界各地的用户展开社交、拜访朋友、参加演唱会以及周游世界等。
