黄昏的禁忌之药在win11下的运行问题解决方案

妹药的汉化文件在win11下会被windows defender识别为病毒，导致出现错误提示：
原因是windows defender自动隔离了汉化文件。
解决办法：
打开windows security，
找到保护历史，
在保护历史中找到对于sinsemilla_chs.dll的隔离记录
点击右边的actions选择restore，
或者点击severe选择allow on device
中文系统步骤相同。
某些系统每次重启都得重新操作一遍。
