主人公泽井透生长于此。
透相依为命的妹妹泽井夏叶曾经因故失去了一些记忆。两人搬出茂伸许久之后，
再次踏上这片充满妖怪奇谈的土地。久别重逢的除了高龄的唐伞妖飞车角，
还有两位异性少女:青梅竹马有岛爱丽丝和妖怪赤赤熊栖美。
怎料夏叶在夏日祭典“面具舞”时倒下，突然变成了成年的体型，这突如其来异常的生长摧残着妹妹的身心。
是顽疾还是作祟﹖在医学与奇谈之间，透寻觅着拯救夏叶的办法。
