来自所有正规院校的英雄科学生，都获得了临时现场执照。
他们巡逻。他们响应。他们抓捕。而且从严格意义上来说——既然他们还是学生——就没人需要给他们付薪水。
为了保持他们的积极性，赛季结束时表现排名前10的人将获得一笔丰厚的奖金，
排名由英雄事迹与公众人气共同决定。
至于其他人，只能带着经验和一张证书回家。
